The 5 Principles to a great body Part 1



Tonight I will identify the most important aspects in obtaining your dream body 

This list is in order from most important to least:



  1. Nutrition
  2. Nutrition (Yes I know I put this in twice)
  3. Weight Training
  4. High Intensity Interval Training
  5. Movement (cardio, walking, cleaning, etc)
